Happy Mother’s Day

What inspires me most?
Being a mother.

After having my first daughter, Gia, I would leave my job and literally run home so I could pick up my camera and take photos of her. I wanted to document every day, every moment, every milestone. I had been a practicing photographer since I was really young, but it wasn’t until the moment that she was born that I figured out exactly what I love to photograph – Love, Emotion, Connection.

Then we had our second daughter, Georgie, and those moments of the girls connecting was magical to me. I still remember one of the first moments my girls sat on the couch and snuggled together on their own. It melted my heart and I grabbed my camera and from a distance photographed it.

My little girls are what inspire me daily.

Photography defeats time.

Images can keep the memory of a loved one close and hold a moment in history for future generations. Photography is the universal language that speaks to everyone. Capturing the connection of families is my passion. And motherhood photography is definitely my niche.

I hope all the mamas out there
really feel the love today!

Thank you Simply by Suzy for these beautiful photos!
