Golden hour beach sessions in Chicago are some of my very favorite sessions. Golden hour is the first and last hour of sunlight in the day. It has a special quality of light that photographs beautifully. The photos come out warmer and the lighting is more diffused and directional.

You’ll see the celebration of maternal love a lot of my work. I believe motherhood is one of the most powerful things you can document. Being able to capture the essence of something so beautiful for other mothers has been extraordinary. It’s easy to instantly feel the warmth, heart, and emotion in all of these moments I capture.

I loved working with Kiara and Jaxson for this mommy and me beach session. Jaxson is absolutely adorable!
