Visual Stories

Danielle is one of my favorite clients–turned friend. She books me several times a year and I look so forward to hanging out with her every time. This season we decided to do a beach session and it was amazing!

Danielle’s little girl, Olivia, is the absolute sweetest. I’ve photographed her many times and I can’t help but think how lucky Liv is to have so many visual stories documented throughout her life already. We’ve done sessions at their home, all over iconic Chicago locations and now a cozy day at the beach.

It made me start to think about how much of a mother’s love that goes unseen. Even though we are everywhere in their lives. Someday, they will want to see us exactly as we are. And we will want them to know us. And know that we were there, right by their side. 

Giving them a visual story of you and all the heart you pour into them, unconditionally. It’s the most magical thing you can give your children. XO
